Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Orders may be cancelled by email until the product ships.

Wade Computer Solutions will accept returns on unopened products and will refund the full purchase price of said products only within 30 days of the original purchase date. The customer making the return must contact Wade Computer Solutions directly, by telephone, to make arrangements for the return. The customer is wholly responsible for any shipping charges involved in a return.

After 30 days of the original purchase date, Wade Computer Solutions will only refund 70% the original purchase price of an unopened product.

Wade Computer Solutions will not accept, nor refund any percentage of the purchase price of products that have been opened and or used. The customer must contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair of defective products.
